You pull up to FlowState Nordic Spa and head through the front door of the old white house on the property… what we call The Dudley House. Music is on. The vibe is warm. A FlowState crew member is there to welcome you in and get you set up for your first visit.
Head into the changeroom, drop your bag, grab your towel, throw on a robe, and settle in. Come exactly as you are.
Fill your water bottle and get ready for the experience ahead.
Whether you’re coming solo, on a date, with friends, or with a full group, the energy here shifts to whatever you need it to be.
The crew here will walk you through everything on your first visit and answer any questions so you feel comfortable heading into the cycle.
From there, move through the thermal experience your own way.
Start in the big social sauna with music, heat, and shared energy… or slip into the barrel sauna for something quieter and more inward. Cool down in the cold plunges, reset by the fire pit, or head inside to relax in the house between rounds.
Bring a book. Hang with your partner. Chat with friends. Sit quietly and zone out. There’s no perfect way to FlowState.
Move through 2–3 rounds of the thermal cycle at your own pace:
Heat. Cold. Rest. Repeat.
Hydrate often. Listen to your body. Stay as long as feels good in each station.
At the end of your session, rinse off, take a deep breath, and head back into your day feeling reset, clear, and alive.
