RED LIGHT & INFRARED

Upgrade your thermal cycle with a Red Light + Infrared session.

Unlike the intense feel of a traditional sauna, infrared heat feels lighter and more gentle on the body while still creating a deep, powerful sweat from within.

Combined with red light therapy, this session is designed to support muscle recovery, circulation, relaxation, skin health, recovery, and cellular-level restoration.

A perfect add-on for those looking to go even deeper into recovery mode during their 2-hour FlowState experience.

CHOOSE YOUR COLD

Cold plunges built for community and contrast. With three temperature options — 7°C (45°F), 13°C (55°F), and 16°C (60°F) — you can ease in, level up, or push yourself into a deeper cold experience alongside friends.

We also have cold rinse showers to cool down, wash off sweat, and fully experience the benefits of the thermal cycle.

All plunge tubs are professionally maintained and filtered similar to a pool system using filtration, UV sanitation, and regular water maintenance for a clean and refreshing experience every session.

CHANGEROOMS

Dedicated men’s and women’s changerooms designed for ease and comfort. Each includes storage lockers (bring your own lock) and access to washrooms for a smooth, stress-free experience.

OUTDOOR RELAXATION

Our outdoor relaxation and rest areas are built for slowing down between rounds of the thermal cycle. Stretch out in a hammock, settle into a Muskoka chair around the fire pit, or recover at one of our outdoor tables with a drink and good conversation.

In the summer, soak up the sun and marina energy. In cooler months, gather by the fire and embrace the contrast of heat, cold, and fresh air. Guests are also welcome to walk the marina, sit along the boardwalk, and enjoy the waterfront atmosphere throughout their session.
