FlowState is a waterfront thermal cycle experience built around heat, cold, rest, and connection.

Located on Pike Creek at the Urban Surf marina property, the space blends Nordic spa culture with a laid back boathouse atmosphere. What was once a classic waterfront home has been transformed into an indoor-outdoor wellness experience designed for both relaxation and energy.

Inside, guests move through cozy lounge spaces, changerooms, refreshment areas, and fireside recovery zones. The atmosphere is intentionally welcoming, social, and unpretentious. Music plays softly in the background, guests move at their own pace, and the space is designed to feel comfortable whether you come solo, on a date, or with friends.

Outside, the experience opens into the thermal cycle yard with wood saunas, cold plunges, a Nordic cedar hot tub, fire pits, hammocks, waterfront seating, and open air recovery spaces along the creek.

The property changes with the seasons. In the summer, the marina energy brings movement, patios, music, and sunset views. In the colder months, the contrast of hot and cold becomes even more immersive, with steam rising into the winter air and quiet moments around the fire.
