some things you might be wondering.
The drop-in Thermal Cycle is our default experience, which is not guided. Drop-Ins are free-flow, self-paced, and supported by crew onsite to get you started. Guided classes, speciality experiences, and workshops are available at select times.
Absolutely. We’ll give you a brief overview of the thermal cycle and a quick tour when you arrive. There’s also clear signage at each station to help guide you as you move through the space.
Whatever you’re comfortable moving and relaxing in. Think paddleboarding vibes—swimsuits, quick-dry workout clothing, or a mix of both all work great.
A swimsuit and 2 towels are recommended. 1 towel to be used during your thermal cycle to sit on, wipe off sweat, then a second towel for the end of your experience after rinsing. We do have lockets, but need to bring your own lock.
We offer towel rental service if needed.
Sandals or flip-flops are highly recommended, especially for moving between indoor and outdoor areas.
No. With a maximum of 12 guests per session, there’s plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying a group atmosphere.
Both. Some areas are naturally more social, others quieter. You’re free to connect, relax, or move inward—whatever suits your mood that day.
Not at all. Some guests love the cold, others skip it entirely. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and participate in whatever feels supportive that day.
Yes. Phones are welcome during free-flow sessions if you want to check messages or take a photo. For certain workshops or guided experiences, we may ask that phones be put away to support a more immersive experience.
No —at this time towels and robes are not available for rental. Please bring your own.
Complimentary filtered water and additional beverages are available in our cold fridge, including electrolytes, juices, kombucha, bars, and more.
Most guests spend 60–120 minutes, but there’s no set timeline. Stay longer where your body needs it and take breaks whenever you want.
Either works. FlowState is built for solo reset and social connection—often happening side by side.
Very. With multiple temperatures, rest spaces, and no required sequence, it’s easy to ease in and build confidence over time.
There’s no pressure, no performance, and no “right way” to do FlowState. Come hydrated, move slowly, and enjoy the experience.
