WHAT WE DO

FlowState is an outdoor thermal spa — a place to recharge, connect, and reset through the power of heat, cold, and nature.

Life is busy — this is your dedicated place to get back to feeling your best and achieve your optimal performance.

OPENING THIS JANUARY

FlowState will open in stages as we continue to introduce new features. Our Phase 1 Opening begins this January with Thermal Cycle Sessions — the heart of the FlowState experience and an incredible way to rejuvenate through the colder months. Guests can choose between QuietFlow and SocialFlow sessions.

Your session includes full access to the sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, and our indoor and outdoor relaxation spaces.

Price: $40 per person

Drop-in sessions are available to book online. We welcome up to 6 guests per hour. If you have a group of 6 or more, just reach out — we’ll help set you up.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Book your spot online.

  2. Dress comfortably, just like you would for the gym or a workout.

  3. Arrive ready to disconnect — move through the thermal cycle at your own pace.

During Phase 1, you’ll have access to:

  • Temporary change rooms and storage shelves

  • Our full outdoor thermal zone

  • Indoor seating in Urban Surf shop lounge — enjoy tea or electrolytes between cycles

  • Outdoor seating and firepit areas to unwind and soak in the atmosphere

We’ll be offering both Quiet Sessions — for a calm, meditative experience — and Social Sessions, for those who prefer a more lively, connected vibe.

FIND YOUR FLOW

This is the best place to experience the outdoors and heat up during the cold winter months — a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Phase 1 is just the beginning. More thermal features, wellness spaces, and FlowState experiences are coming this spring 2026.

THE BENEFITS OF THERMAL CYCLE

The thermal cycle — alternating between heat, cold, and rest — is one of the most powerful ways to boost your overall wellbeing. It’s simple, natural, and incredibly effective.

This practice has been used across cultures for centuries — from Nordic saunas and Japanese onsens to Turkish hammams and Indigenous sweat lodges — as a way to cleanse, restore, and reconnect body and mind.

  • Heat (sauna or hot tub): Opens pores, relaxes muscles, improves circulation, and helps your body release tension and toxins.

  • Cold (plunge or cool air): Reduces inflammation, strengthens immunity, sharpens focus, and elevates your mood.

  • Rest + Nature: Allows your body to regulate, reset, and integrate — leaving you grounded, refreshed, and deeply calm.

This contrast therapy helps you recover faster, sleep better, and feel more energized — inside and out.
